Matcha: Green Tea Of All Green Teas

Im sure by now you all have heard or experience what Matcha Green Tea is all about.  I would love to share how i have incorporated it to my morning ritual.  First let me share some important benefits.  This superior Japanese green tea comes in a Powder form.  Its bright and viberant in color. It contains the most antioxidants, improves brain function, lowers blood pressure, protects against diabetes, burns fat, detox and so so much more.

There are several different ways to prepare the tea.  There is the traditional Japanese method, using a Bamboo whisk, which i love and actually got. I loved it for awhile but found it extremely time consuming.  I needed a faster and easier way.

I decided to make it like I would make Bulletproof Coffee….but also adding collagen.  It tastes amazing and keeps me energized and full for hours.

 

Ingredients:

10 once Filter Water

1 tsp. Matcha Green Tea

1 tsp. Organic Unsalted Butter/Ghee

1 tsp. Organic Coconut Oil

1 scoop of Collagen

 

Instructions

Boil water in a tea kettle.  Place matcha, butter, coconut oil and collagen in a Vitamix.  Put hot water in Vitamix and blend all for 30 seconds and enjoy.
